Who's it for?
Are you starting out on a new relationship and wondering if it's the right one for you?
Perhaps you're planning to marry, and are thinking about how you can grow and strengthen your relationship, and how you could address some of the tensions that are bound to arise in married life.
Or perhaps you are already married and are looking for ways to better understand each other, and find ways to overcome some of the barriers between you?
Meeting with a facilitator is probably the best way to explore and develop your relationship. But if you are comfortable discussing things with each other then whatever the stage of your relationship the Couple Check-up offers you a deep and insightful report on which to build.
About the check-up
Couple Check-up is a comprehensive relationship inventory that has been developed specifically to
look at the key issues which affect couples - personality, money, sex, family background and many
more key areas are covered. Based in the US, there is a version designed for UK users. The 15-20 page report
sample report) you will receive will show you areas of strength in your relationship, and areas where together
you can work on the issues and so grow stronger - every relationship always has room for growth, and the
comprehensive Discussion Guide
(see a sample
Discussion Guide) will guide and assist you to get the most from your dialogue together.
(Note that if you are already planning to meet with a facilitator it is better to complete the inventory they will supply, rather than this one which is designed for couples to use on their own.)
The Couple Check-up will cost you £25 - rather less than you'd spend on a single meal out together, and from it you may get vital keys to building a longer and happier future.

The Couple Check-up is part of a suite of relationship tools offered by Prepare/Enrich UK. If you would like help to get the most from your report, one of our trained facilitators will be pleased to meet with you to talk through the findings and guide your way forward. Facilitators may be professional counsellors, clergy, or others who have developed skills in working with pre-married and married couples. Some make use of the inventories as part of a group course, particularly for marriage preparation. So contact us if you would like to be put in touch with a facilitator in your area. Charges for facilitators’ time are by arrangement with them – some groups provide the feedback free as part of the operation of a charitable trust.
